I wrote this poem because the international violinist Leigh Paine asked me to do it, it was read in the concert "Rhapsody in Blue" (George Gershwin) in Australia, I had already written four poems for the same artist and they were also read in the concert "The Eight seasons" ( Piazzolla Four Seasons and Vivaldi Four Seaons) in Australia.
I thank Leigh Paine for letting many people know my poems.
Music
The music gives life,
hope and warmth,
it makes people dream,
it raises feelings.
The magic in its chords
brights up hearts,
fills them with pleasure,
takes sorrows away.
Its notes perfume souls,
illuminate looks,
let youth revive,
beautify faces.
It lulls babies,
wins the love of teens,
attracts adults,
brings happiness to the elderly.
It spreads beams of light,
sweetens ears,
causes great satisfaction,
it´s a source of joy.
It produces positive thoughts,
inspires poets,
relaxes minds,
awakes sensations.
It has effect on emotions,
lifts spirits,
relieves suffering,
gives caresses.
It has shine,
it's a real delight,
a good piece of music
can do marvels.
